Refund policy

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at contact@prettylittleparcel.com.au to arrange for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please include your invoice number and product description together with the reason for return to obtain prior approval stating whether you wish for an exchange or refund.

We will endeavor to provide an exchange of the goods if requested, however, may not have a replacement in stock at the time.  This will be communicated to you and a credit note or refund will be offered.  Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the goods. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will happily exchange or provide a refund on any goods in your order if your goods are damaged or faulty in any way on delivery.  We check all goods prior to posting and will only accept returns of damaged or faulty goods if the goods were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.  We will check any goods upon return and if they appear to have been damaged after receipt by you, we will not accept it as faulty or damaged and therefore will not provide a refund or exchange.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right for you.

You can only be eligible for a return if:

  • Your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You can provide proof of purchase.
  • The product is not a sale item.
  • We receive the request via email for a return within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not refund, exchange, or issue credit notes on sale items and gift cards.

Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.

Order Cancellations

Please check your order carefully before checking out. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@prettylittleparcel.com.au. Orders that are cancelled prior to packing and fulfilling by request of the customer will surrender a 5% cancellation fee that will be taken off the refunded amount to cover the loss of service fees.
