1. If I order a preorder item and something in stock, will they be shipped separately? No, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder item arrives. We recommend placing separate orders if you require the in-stock product earlier.

2. What if I don’t want a gift box? Can I just buy a single item? Absolutely! All of our items are sold individually. Simply click on the "Shop" tab, browse our products, and add your desired items to your cart.

3. How can I make sure no invoices or details of costs are received by the person I am sending the gift box to? We email invoices directly to the purchaser and do not include invoices with the delivery.

4. Do you accept returns? We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue, please contact us with your concerns. Refer to our return policy on our shipping and returns page for more details.

5. How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for the shipping method you selected.

6. When will my order be dispatched? We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days, except during new product launches and sales events. Express post options are available for urgent deliveries. Check our delivery info page for more information.

7. Do you offer Afterpay? Yes, we offer Afterpay and Zippay as payment options during checkout.
